Feature: fermentor is PLC control system, and this system adopts human-machine interface(HMI) and PID control, which can measure and automatically control parameters of temperature, rpm, pH, DO, feed, foadm and etc. It possesses functions of digital setting, quick validation, data display, data storage, data print, password management and so on. it has commucation connection which can communicate with computer.

Struction: lab scale, one fermentor vessel with one control system

Description:
Tank body of this series adopts glass resisting to high temperature and changing situation of fermentation liquid can be observed clearly in course of fermentation. Mechanical agitation can be divide into top agitation and magnetic coupling. Rotate speed is adjustable steplessly.

This series of products applied to science and research institute and microbiology laboratory. It is the ideal equipment of precise fermentation trial. It also applied to selection of microbiology fermentation substrate, optimization of fermentation craft parameter and test of production craft and of fungus, etc..
