Feature: This system is made up of three fermentors or more than three fermentors, muti -fermentors are operated on one control panel-HMI, although they all with each small control cabinet which each PLC control system. The muti-fermentors are installed on one platform, these fermentors can work independently and can work together at same time. These fermentor can be same volume or be different volume to do one step fermenation, two step fermenation or three step fermentation or more. It adopts top mechanical agitation system, the rotate speed can be adjustable. Parameters of temp., PH, DO, feed, foam, etc can be automatically controlled, recorded, stored and printed. It has the following features: excellent stability and convenient operation.
